Senior Specialist - Domestic Tax & Incentive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Domestic Tax & Incentive to join the Accounting Directorate of Beko in Sütlüce, Istanbul. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with tax regulations, supporting business units and liaising with tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor recent and upcoming changes in tax legislation and implement necessary procedures to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and submit VAT, special consumption tax, withholding tax filings and corporate tax returns accurately and on time.
• Control foreign invoices for tax compliance and compile VAT refund lists with supporting documentation.
• Provide tax consultancy for projects and new business models, and respond to inquiries from tax inspectors, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage compliance processes for Beko and its subsidiaries, following all relevant legal regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in tax, audit or accounting functions.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and analyse financial data for reporting.
• Flexibility, openness to new perspectives and a proactive, self‑initiated attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
