Senior Specialist - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Specialist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support financial planning, reporting and performance management across the business. The role combines financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to deliver accurate financial insights and support informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including monthly P&L and balance sheet
• Analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets, identify variances and opportunities for improvement, and comment on them
• Support planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, analysis and commentary on actual variances
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of some BW reports to SAP R/3
• Work with other departments to collect accurate and timely information for reporting
• Perform ad-hoc reports as needed and develop and implement new reporting requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or another business-related field, or equivalent professional qualification
• 5 years of experience within a multinational company
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good command of English

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and SAP (R/3) knowledge, with considerable exposure to BW reporting
• SAP experience is an asset
