Senior Specialist - Planning & Operations

About the role

Join Beko’s Supply Chain Directorate as a Senior Specialist in Planning & Operations. You will play a key role in balancing supply and demand, supporting both domestic and global markets, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and adjust sales forecasts using historical data and budget inputs.
• Determine supply planning activities for suppliers and product categories.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate availability.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to keep sales plans up‑to‑date.
• Review and update supply‑chain practices in line with environmental regulations.
• Track global customers’ sales performance and requests to improve service levels.
• Participate in monthly S&OP meetings to align supply and demand.
• Measure and plan improvements in supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience in product/material planning, supply and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with SAP ECC (R/3) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of international trade and logistics operations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong business orientation and market awareness.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and act proactively.
