Senior System Administrator

About the role

Beymen Group, a leading luxury fashion retailer in Turkey, is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and optimize its IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Microsoft Hyper‑V) and oversee Windows Server and Linux platforms.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, IIS, and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Handle server patching, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and backup solutions (Veeam Backup & Replication, HPE StoreOnce).
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and manage user identities, VPN, and Privileged Access Management.
• Lead disaster‑recovery operations, including DR site replication, failover, and recovery processes.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects, maintain technical documentation, and liaise with third‑party vendors.
• Provide support for internal and external audit processes and monitor infrastructure alerts.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Based in Ankara or Eskişehir, or willing to work on‑site at these locations.
