Senior User Acquisition Manager – Mobile App (Google)

About the role

Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale the acquisition of its mobile app within the Google ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end performance of search, display, and demand‑gen campaigns, working closely with product and creative teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, and Display.
• Own budget allocation, monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, spend, CTR, and adjust strategies based on data.
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve acquisition across the funnel.
• Research competitor acquisition tactics, creatives, and channels.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience on Google platforms.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $500K or more.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, churn and retention metrics.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Experience with B2C subscription apps is a plus.

Required skills

• Google Search, Display, Demand Gen, and UAC (app install) platforms.
• Analytics tools: Mixpanel, Tableau, Omni, AppsFlyer.
• Familiarity with Meta, Snap, TikTok advertising platforms.
