Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to manage the regional service partner network for a leading global brand in intelligent water technology and sustainable water solutions in Turkey. The role combines field service coordination, maintenance planning, and identification of energy‑efficiency and service‑sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of regional Service Partners, conduct regular communication, visits and performance reviews.
• Assess network adequacy, identify new partner requirements and oversee onboarding, evaluation and classification.
• Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance activities, follow up on contract renewals and new maintenance opportunities.
• Perform field measurements, technical evaluations and reporting for energy‑efficiency solutions and service sales.
• Validate operational compliance of partner activities, process warranty claims and approve payment claims.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and service systems and produce periodic performance reports.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in after‑sales, technical or field service.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work actively in the field.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Experience with pump and hydronic systems, including maintenance, commissioning and field measurements.
• Use of MS Office for reporting and documentation.
