Site Activation – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking professionals to join its Site Activation team in Turkey. The role supports the end‑to‑end start‑up process for clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality site‑activation deliverables at the country level, following project requirements and local regulations.
• Track milestone progress in the SSU system, investigate delays, and support contingency plans.
• Monitor basic financial aspects of projects, including hours and task budgets, and raise discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure SOP and Work Instruction compliance, maintain training records, and guarantee timesheet accuracy.
• Prepare and submit central and local EC, RA, and other regulatory applications, including amendments and safety notifications.
• Act as liaison between investigational sites and functional leads, overseeing the full site activation process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with detailed understanding of clinical trial processes (Phases II‑IV) and ICH GCP.
• Ability to interpret clinical protocols and study specifications.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and project budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing external vendors and contracts, and working independently or within a team.
