About the role

Support the Industrial Engineering team in data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve process efficiency. Assist with time studies, workflow analysis, and workplace layout improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Industrial Engineering team in data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve process efficiency.
• Assist with time studies, workflow analysis, and workplace layout improvements.
• Track and analyze process data using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within Industrial Engineering.
• Collaborate with different teams on engineering and improvement activities.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (asset).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud (plus).
