Social Media Manager (Instagram Reels Focus)

About the role

EARTech Information Technology delivers AI, cybersecurity and leadership training programs, including an AI & Cybersecurity Bootcamp, across the Gulf region and beyond. It is hiring a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence, with a focus on Instagram Reels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and more)
• Plan, script, shoot and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos
• Build and run a monthly content calendar aligned with programs and campaigns
• Create captions, carousels and stories that reflect the brand identity
• Track performance metrics and optimise content for reach and engagement
• Engage with the community and respond to followers
• Collaborate with the programs and marketing team on bootcamp and training launches

Required profile

• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts
• A strong portfolio of Reels or short-form video content
• Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic
• Creative, self-motivated and comfortable working to deadlines
• An interest in technology, AI or education is a big plus

Required skills

• Video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Canva
• Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends and analytics
