Solution Advisor - AML and Payments

About the role

Fineksus, part of the cleversoft group, is a regtech provider of cloud-based compliance solutions for the European financial services sector, with offices in Kuwait City, Baku, Dubai and Istanbul. It is looking for a Solution Advisor to join its Solution & Project team, shaping solutions for new and existing clients across its regions and working closely with Sales, Product and Delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and business processes
• Design solutions from the Fineksus AML and Payments product portfolio and the SWIFT product and service portfolios
• Prepare solution documentation and maintain a complete solution documentation set
• Clarify and follow up on the technical framework with internal and external stakeholders during the sales process
• Support the Sales team in pre-sales activities
• Prepare technical answers to RFPs and RFIs and coordinate detailed requirements with technical teams
• Deliver product presentations and demos to customers
• Travel domestically and internationally for customer meetings, workshops, demos and events

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, industrial engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or business analysis, preferably in banking or fintech
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Required skills

• Technical background with an understanding of software development, infrastructure and web technologies
• Preferred: knowledge of AML/KYC and financial crime compliance
• Preferred: knowledge of SWIFT messaging and payment processes
• Preferred: experience with core banking systems
