Solution Architect PLM (Teamcenter)

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a Solution Architect for its PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) business. You will work with teams managing complex engineering workflows and implement systems that solve real problems, helping organisations use PLM solutions more effectively. The role is hybrid by default.

Key responsibilities

• Implement PLM (Teamcenter) solutions using proven methodologies, handling the practical challenges of introducing new systems into live environments.
• Translate knowledge of design processes into practical PLM implementations that deliver results.
• Work with Program Managers, Project Managers and other architects so PLM solutions fit the wider business operations.
• Document what works and what does not, capturing lessons learned with customers and teams.
• Support pilot projects by testing proposed solutions, identifying adjustments needed and explaining findings to stakeholders.
• Help team members solve technical problems with guidance based on your own experience.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with PLM solutions, ideally Teamcenter, with examples of real projects.
• Background in consulting or implementing product development processes, with concrete projects.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-engineers and to listen to customer needs.
• Track record of delivering on time and to specification, making decisions with incomplete information.
• Willingness to travel when projects require it.

• Familiarity with digital manufacturing or advanced PLM approaches
• Experience in customer-facing implementation roles

• Total cash compensation range of 2,319,600 to 4,407,400 TRY, with 20% as an annual incentive target (100% achievement).
