Spare Parts Sales Supervisor

About the role

Baymak, a leading HVAC manufacturer in Turkey, is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Supervisor to drive spare parts sales, optimize processes, and support after‑sales service across its network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competition analyses for spare parts and monitor industry processes.
• Design and implement SKU optimization and improve ordering and shipment systems.
• Manage authorized service target bonus and stock tracking systems.
• Forecast periodic spare parts orders, monitor lead times, and coordinate category management, pricing, and procurement.
• Collaborate with authorized service providers to strengthen after‑sales product portfolio.
• Coordinate regional service managers and logistics teams to meet sales and profitability budgets.
• Support product development, R&D, and quality projects related to spare parts operations.
• Establish data‑driven reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in spare parts sales, planning, or after‑sales services.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and team‑leadership skills.
• Analytical, results‑oriented mindset with solid planning and organizational abilities.
• Active driver with no travel restrictions, willing to reside in or relocate to the Asian side of Istanbul, Gebze, or surrounding area.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Good written and spoken English.
