Specialist Customer Relations – Turkey

About the role

Join CYBEX as a Specialist Customer Relations in Istanbul, acting as the primary contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners across Turkey. You will ensure proactive communication, accurate order processing, and smooth after‑sales support while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing via phone, email, or EDI, guaranteeing accuracy and timely execution.
• Plan deliveries, follow up on logistical issues, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Liaise with accounts payable and finance to ensure smooth transactional processes and timely query resolution.
• Handle regional customer requests, complaints, and after‑sales inquiries, providing senior‑level guidance when needed.
• Perform administrative and organizational tasks with attention to detail and process efficiency.
• Assist in CRM reporting, delivering insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering fields.
• Several years of experience in order management, sales operations, and customer management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Turkish and professional English.
• Hands‑on, proactive, self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
