Strategic Accounts Sales Executive

About the role

Pluxee, formerly Sodexo Benefits & Rewards, is a global employee benefits and engagement partner serving 500,000 clients and 37 million employees across 29 countries. It is hiring a Strategic Accounts Sales Executive for its Istanbul office in Maltepe. The role delivers Pluxee's quality-of-life services to stakeholders, builds strong relationships with C-level executives and contributes to the growth of Pluxee's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and through new customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, understanding their needs.
• Promote Pluxee's values and guidelines to all stakeholders.
• Meet growth targets with assigned customers, identify new project opportunities and proactively add strategic customers through prospecting.
• Provide timely information and guidance to internal stakeholders on behalf of Strategic Customer Management.
• Collaborate with the credit risk team to follow up on customer receivables.
• Submit offers in line with Pluxee's pricing strategies.
• Prepare and deliver reports supporting monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Enter all actions, prospects and customer information (competitor analysis, business volume, number of employees) into the CRM system on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in English preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic account growth, new client acquisition and business development is considered a strong asset.
• Analytical and commercial mindset, proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales tools.
