Strategy Office Manager

About the role

The Strategy Office Manager leads the company’s strategic agenda, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Committee. This senior position combines leadership of the Strategy Office with ownership of high‑impact restructuring and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment of priorities, KPIs and initiatives across the organization.
• Drive cross‑functional strategic restructuring and transformation programs, developing business cases, financial models and scenario analyses.
• Prepare Board of Directors and executive‑level materials, track milestones and KPIs, and provide structured updates on progress.
• Coordinate across Strategy, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations and external partners, building strong senior stakeholder relationships.
• Lead change‑management efforts and develop the Strategy Office team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate strategy, consulting or transformation roles, preferably in top‑tier consulting or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional strategic and restructuring initiatives and working closely with senior leadership.
