Subcontract Manager

About the role

Técnicas Reunidas is seeking an experienced Subcontract Manager to be based at its large‑scale polypropylene EPC project in Ceyhan, Adana. The role will lead the commercial and contractual administration of all subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with corporate procedures and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end subcontract administration from tender analysis to contract close‑out for civil, mechanical, electromechanical works, equipment rentals and site services.
• Oversee measurement, progress certification and coordination with site supervision to validate physical progress.
• Control scope changes by tracking, negotiating and certifying Change Orders.
• Handle contractual communications, claim management, dispute resolution and commercial negotiations with subcontractors.
• Collaborate continuously with Cost Control, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Engineering and Site Construction teams.
• Maintain complete digital records of measurements, commercial data and performance indicators.
• Lead and mentor the on‑site subcontract team, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial or related).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project/subcontract management within EPC or industrial construction.
• Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary subcontract portfolios.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, change order processes and certification procedures.
