Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist

About the role

Marti, Turkey’s leading mobility app, is looking for a Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities across its transportation services. The role will support the company’s growth by ensuring cost‑effective sourcing of materials, services and spare parts while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable materials, negotiate pricing and issue purchase orders through SAP.
• Conduct price and supplier research for domestic and international purchases of services, marketing supplies, IT equipment, spare parts and consumables.
• Prepare and monitor periodic purchasing reports and cost‑saving projects.
• Manage the import process, including shipping, insurance and customs operations.
• Evaluate supplier performance, develop the supplier pool and onboard new vendors.
• Support SAP implementation and continuously improve purchasing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of procurement experience, preferably in the mobility sector or indirect purchasing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, strategic planning and reporting abilities.
• Effective communication in English and result‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP MM module.
