Supply Operations Quality Market Lead

About the role

As the Supply Operations Quality (SOQ) Market Lead for Turkey, you will lead the local quality organization, ensuring compliance with Pfizer standards, GDP/GMP regulations, and Turkish health authority requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Turkey SOQ team, providing strategic direction, managing resources, and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with global quality standards, GDP/GMP, and local regulations; act as primary quality liaison with health authorities.
• Oversee market quality operations including complaints, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, recalls, returns and product disposition.
• Drive inspection readiness, support internal audits and regulatory inspections, and manage audit‑related commitments.
• Collaborate with data analysis, trending, and cross‑functional teams to improve operational performance and mitigate risks.
• Develop talent, succession pipelines, and foster an inclusive, high‑performing quality culture.

Required profile

• BA/BS with 6+ years, MBA/MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams in regulated industries.
• Extensive knowledge of GDP/GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, investigations, CAPA management, audits and inspections.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
