Supply Planning Specialist – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

Flormar is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to manage material and finished‑goods requests, coordinate with suppliers, and support MRP processes across its logistics centre. The role combines analytical planning with close collaboration with sales, procurement and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create material and finished‑goods requests based on MRP requirements and communicate purchase orders to suppliers.
• Receive order confirmations, update delivery dates in the ERP system, and monitor revisions.
• Organise weekly meetings with sales teams and suppliers to track code changes and order status.
• Manage pull‑forward, postponement, and cancellation processes by liaising with suppliers.
• Track follow‑up of opened orders and handle rejected orders.
• Oversee module and stand planning, procurement, and master‑data activities for codes and barcodes.
• Publish stock inventory reports, monitor levels, and provide recommendations to avoid excess stock.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems.
• Solid knowledge of SAP.
