System Engineering Specialist

About the role

Join Otto International’s IT team to provide support across Asia and Europe office hours, handling help‑desk tickets, security alerts, and remote assistance for local offices.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and handle IT Support Help Desk tickets for Asia and Europe office hours.
• Monitor and respond to IT security risk alerts, such as compromised accounts.
• Provide remote IT support to local offices when on‑site support is unavailable.
• Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure, focusing on local network access, visitor screens, and VC systems.
• Offer on‑site technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage user accounts and access rights.
• Monitor system performance, ensure availability and security, and maintain documentation of IT systems and support activities.
• Educate teams on digital solutions, self‑learning tools, and provide training on Microsoft 365.

Required profile

• Experience in IT system and user support.
• Good knowledge of server infrastructure, networks, and common operating systems.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented working style.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to make quick decisions.
