System Support Specialist

About the role

Ravago Türkiye is looking for a System Support Specialist to provide first‑line IT assistance to global users and support its manufacturing operations in Aliağa. You will join a dynamic team, handling hardware, software and network issues while contributing to IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and access issues worldwide.
• Participate in local and global IT infrastructure projects and meetings.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Support IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Escalate complex problems and track resolutions.
• Assist with network troubleshooting (switches, wireless, connectivity).
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps).
• Perform user account administration in Active Directory.
• Help with onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or system support.
• Proven ability to track processes and document work.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Eagerness to learn system administration and network technologies.
