Talent Acquisition Consultant (Project Based)

About the role

Grafton Türkiye is seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Consultants to join its talent network for project‑based recruitment assignments with leading national and international clients. You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, managing end‑to‑end hiring processes across a variety of roles and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders, providing market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using diverse channels and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Deliver recruitment projects on time while meeting agreed service levels and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Previous experience in agency, consultancy, in‑house recruitment, or project‑based hiring environments is preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast‑paced environment.
