Tax and Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Tax and Finance Executive to manage tax compliance, SCT (ÖTV), and statutory reporting processes end‑to‑end for our industry‑leading global partner.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and submit all statutory tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp Duty, SCT/ÖTV, Corporate Tax, etc.) within legal deadlines.
• Manage SCT (ÖTV) processes, EMRA (EPDK) permits, sectoral statutory reporting and guarantee letters.
• Audit accounting records for compliance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts, Turkish Tax Legislation and local regulations.
• Oversee foreign trade tax controls, customs closures and government incentive applications.
• Coordinate fixed‑asset tracking, period‑end inventory counts and ERP/SAP compliance checks.
• Maintain official communications with Tax Offices, Revenue Administration, EMRA, TurkStat and the Central Bank.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Finance or related field.
• 7–8 years of professional experience in tax declaration management and statutory reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment subject to SCT List 1.
• Advanced knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation and SCT (ÖTV) processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
