Tax & Foreign Trade Part‑time Student Role

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Tax & Foreign Trade department for a part‑time student position. You will support daily operations while gaining exposure to digital transformation initiatives within a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Organise departmental activities such as workshops and outdoor events.
• Participate in digital transformation projects for the team.
• Schedule and coordinate daily, monthly and quarterly meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation, protocols and follow‑up procedures.
• Assist with process‑by‑process support, including website updates and archive management.
• Support departmental purchasing processes as needed.

Required profile

• Enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law or a related field (3rd/4th year undergraduate or master).
• Available to work at least three days per week.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Motivated, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.

Required skills

• Good command of MS Office programs.
