About the role
We are seeking a Tax Specialist to join the Tax and Accounting Department of Çalık Holding. The role focuses on monitoring tax compliance, supporting transfer pricing, and ensuring alignment with domestic and international tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze tax filings and compliance processes of Group subsidiaries.
- Track recent and upcoming domestic and international tax regulations and assess their impact.
- Support preparation and coordination of local and global tax reporting requirements.
- Coordinate transfer pricing compliance, Country‑by‑Country Reporting, and Pillar Two activities.
- Assist in tax audits, disputes, and litigation processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in an audit/advisory firm or multinational.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
