Technical Manager

About the role

The Technical Manager will lead all technical maintenance, utilities and engineering activities at Marsa's Adana plant, ensuring optimal production efficiency and continuous improvement of technical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical, electrical, automation and utility teams to keep production lines running at maximum efficiency.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs, as well as energy‑management initiatives.
• Oversee new investment, capacity expansion and modernization projects, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality and occupational health standards.
• Conduct failure analyses, root‑cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Manage technical procurement, supplier performance and departmental budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management, utilities, technical operations and project management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, boilers, compressors, refrigeration and process equipment.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
