About the role

Join Pegasus Airlines as a Technical Support Specialist supporting end‑users with a focus on accessibility. You will provide first‑line assistance, resolve incidents, and ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Log and register incidents and service requests reported by end users.
• Coordinate and deliver IT support services to resolve issues within agreed Service Level Agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end‑user support or helpdesk roles.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with hardware components, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or ManageEngine.
