Technical Support Specialist (Remote, Syria/Turkey)

About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers facing technical issues across networking, hosting and telecom equipment. Working fully remotely from Syria or Turkey, you will investigate problems, provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and coordinate with engineering teams until the issue is resolved.

Key responsibilities

• Own tickets from first contact to resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot networking and connectivity problems.
• Handle hosting issues such as DNS, SSL certificates, FTP and email configuration.
• Assist customers with router, gateway and SIM‑management platform settings via call or WhatsApp.
• Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 with clear documentation.
• Provide daily handover notes and maintain ticket queues.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or network support.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Resident in Syria or Turkey.
• Full‑time availability (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) with occasional overtime.
