Technology Support Lead

About the role

Join a dynamic team that drives technology operations for a leading global financial services firm. As the Technology Support Lead, you will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of production services for the Employee Platform business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technologist teams delivering end‑to‑end application and infrastructure services.
• Drive adoption of enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage while maintaining data sensitivity.
• Execute policies, incident, problem, and change management across full‑stack technology systems.
• Monitor production environments, detect anomalies, and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of large‑scale, cross‑functional technology delivery/support, preferably in financial services.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Experience using AI‑assisted workflows with strong validation and data‑sensitivity awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience managing applications or infrastructure on‑premises and in public cloud environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework processes.
• Ability to review and validate AI‑generated incident recommendations.
