Telesales Specialist - Russian Speaker

About the role

Royal Cure Health is a certified health tourism company specializing in dentistry, founded in 2022, and has grown to welcome more than 15,000 patients since its 2023 expansion with RYL Clinic and RYL Laboratory. It is looking for a Telesales Specialist fluent in Russian to work from its Istanbul office. As the first point of contact for international patients, you will guide them from their first inquiry through to booking their treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and respond to patient leads by phone, WhatsApp and other messaging channels
• Understand each patient's needs and explain dental treatment options and packages
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential patients
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and bookings
• Follow up with undecided patients and keep records up to date in the CRM
• Work with the coordination, planning and clinic teams so each patient's journey is smooth
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and able to communicate professionally in it
• Previous experience in sales, telesales or customer service; health tourism or medical sales is a plus
• Able to work on-site at the Istanbul office
