German-Speaking Telesales Agent

About the role

The Global Talent Co. connects professionals with technology and lifestyle companies worldwide. This German-speaking telesales position is based in an EU member state, fully remote, with fixed weekday hours of 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday. You will join a fast-growing European clean energy company that helps homeowners switch to solar and heat pump solutions, and help build a small, focused telesales team as the company scales its network of independent sales partners across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound calling campaigns to self-employed agents, financial and insurance brokers, and real estate professionals
• Pitch the partnership model clearly and confidently, handling objections in real time
• Qualify interest among prospects and move them to the next step in the process
• Work toward clear monthly call and conversion targets
• Log call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM
• Share patterns and insights from calls with the team
• Follow data protection, compliance and call guidelines at all times

Required profile

• Fluent German is a must; all calls are conducted in German
• Prior outbound sales or telesales experience, ideally in B2B phone acquisition or partner acquisition
• Ideally a background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy or telecommunications
• Confidence speaking with independent sales reps, managing directors and sales leaders
• Driven, resilient communicator comfortable working toward targets, with strong objection handling and disciplined follow-up
• Comfortable with structured CRM documentation and a high standard of data quality
• Available 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday, and based in an EU member state
