Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist will support DaVinci Gourmet’s brand and trade execution across Turkey, working closely with the Foodservice Brand Manager, sales, distributors and regional stakeholders. The role involves extensive field travel to ensure brand consistency and effective customer activations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute annual marketing plans, including new product launches, trade promotions, sampling programs and visibility initiatives.
• Manage POSM, branded equipment and visibility materials, ensuring 100% compliance with brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular field visits (≈75% travel) to monitor execution quality, menu accuracy and customer experience.
• Train distributor teams on brand guidelines, product knowledge and activation standards.
• Develop sales enablement tools such as decks, brochures and activation toolkits.
• Track launch performance, gather customer feedback and provide insights for future improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of FMCG or Foodservice trade marketing experience in a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and market data.
• High attention to detail and ability to act as a brand guardian.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
