Training Manager

About the role

Chery Motors is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of sales and after‑sales training programmes across its Turkish operations. The role focuses on building high‑quality learning experiences that support product launches and enhance the performance of sales and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the identification, development and delivery of local sales and after‑sales training.
• Build and monitor quality KPIs for sales and after‑sales functions, creating effective management tools.
• Establish and maintain cooperation with third‑party providers for training and quality initiatives.
• Maintain and update the training portal and related learning assets.
• Determine new course modules aligned with upcoming product launches.
• Prepare quality procedures for sales and after‑sales departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in the automobile industry.
• Strong communication, coordination, planning and execution abilities.
• Proven capability to work under pressure, take initiative and drive innovation.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
• Based in Istanbul, Turkey.
