About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Travel Agent on a fixed‑term basis to manage employee travel requests, coordinate bookings, and handle expense processing. You will act as the primary point of contact for travel planning and ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Review travel forms submitted by employees and plan trips accordingly.
- Share travel itineraries with employees for review and make adjustments as needed.
- Obtain travel approvals from management using the official company travel request form.
- Make all required travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport).
- Receive expense receipts from travelers and accurately input data into the company expense management system.
- Upload and store all travel and expense documents in the appropriate folders.
- Conduct initial consistency checks on travel and expense records.
- Follow up on expense claims and provide status updates to employees.
- Communicate clearly with employees regarding travel arrangements and expense submissions, addressing any questions.
- Identify and suggest process or tool improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Prior experience in expense management, travel coordination, booking management, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling forms, bookings, and data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
