Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Travel & Lifestyle Coordinator who goes beyond standard tourism to craft unforgettable, high‑end experiences for our clients. The role blends luxury travel planning with concierge‑style service, ensuring every journey is seamless and uniquely tailored.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage end‑to‑end domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas and detailed itineraries.
• Arrange reservations for Michelin‑starred restaurants, concerts, theatre performances, special events and exclusive experiences.
• Provide alternative recommendations and bespoke travel concepts before each trip.
• Coordinate payments and oversee all operational aspects of reservations.
• Offer on‑site guidance and coordination during trips when required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international service providers, hotels, restaurants, event organizers and concierge networks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in travel consulting, luxury travel, concierge services or high‑end travel planning, especially across European destinations and preferably North America and Asia.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• No travel restrictions and willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong awareness of cultural, gastronomic, artistic and lifestyle trends.
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to act quickly in unexpected situations and deliver practical solutions.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences at all times.
