Unity Game Developer – Simulation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer who specializes in simulation games. You will join a collaborative development team and help create immersive, realistic gameplay experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the game design team to translate simulation concepts into functional gameplay mechanics.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable C# code in Unity3D.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure smooth gameplay across platforms.
• Integrate art assets and visual elements together with other developers.
• Implement and manage large, dynamic environments using World Streaming techniques.
• Utilize Unity Addressables for asset streaming and efficient memory usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience developing simulation games with Unity.
• Proven track record of delivering and optimizing simulation projects.
• Strong understanding of game design principles, player engagement, and user experience.
• Experience with Git and collaborative source‑control workflows.
