User Acquisition Specialist (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Stoikk creates and grows digital products in wellness, AI and consumer tech, with a portfolio of mobile-first apps that has reached over 25 million users worldwide. It is looking for a full-time User Acquisition Specialist (Performance Marketing) in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks
• Run constant experiments and A/B tests across platforms, balancing creativity and data
• Propose and implement optimization strategies based on data
• Research industry trends and the competitive landscape to act on opportunities
• Generate new testing ideas and drive growth through experimentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in performance marketing
• Knowledge of user acquisition on ad networks such as Facebook, Google, TikTok and Apple Search Ads
• Experience with attribution, tracking and performance measurement tools
• Excellent written and spoken English

Required skills

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to learn new data tools quickly
