VIP Business Development Manager

About the role

The VIP Business Development Manager will lead the acquisition and management of high‑net‑worth and institutional clients for our cryptocurrency trading platform. You will craft tailored strategies to attract, retain, and grow VIP relationships while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with HNWIs and institutional clients.
• Develop and execute business development plans to expand the VIP customer base and increase trading volumes.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to adapt offerings for VIP needs.
• Stay informed on cryptocurrency market trends and Turkish regulations to provide informed guidance.
• Monitor performance metrics, report on revenue growth and client satisfaction, and present strategic plans to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or client relationship management, preferably in crypto or fintech.
• Proven experience working with VIP clients or high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology and trading platforms.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience using analytics tools and dashboards to derive actionable insights.
