About the role
Join the historic Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus team as a Waiter, delivering memorable hospitality experiences to guests in a landmark hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare table settings, ensure clean chinaware, cutlery, and seating areas.
- Participate in pre‑service meetings and preparations.
- Present menus and wine, take orders, and communicate them via the Micros system.
- Serve food and beverages, recommend starters, wine pairings, and upsell liqueur or brandy.
- Assist guests with seating, luggage, and coat handling.
- Maintain clean tables, refill drinks, change ash‑trays, and ensure guests receive warm bread with olive oil.
- Guide and train low‑tenure team members.
- Check out guests, ensure they have everything needed, and report feedback to the Restaurant Supervisor.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Micros POS system.
