About the role

A full-time waiter position is open at an Accor hotel in Ankara. The role covers table preparation, guest service and food and beverage service, and is part of a team within the hotel.

Key responsibilities

Prepare tables, chairs and service sets before service
Check reservations and menus
Prepare banquet, buffet, conference and cocktail arrangements
Welcome guests and advise them on food and beverage choices
Take food and beverage orders and serve food and beverages
Collect the bill
Receive customer requests and complaints and forward them to the relevant authorities

Required profile

Graduated preferably from Tourism and Hotel Management studies
Experience in the service sector
Careful appearance and high personal awareness
Talented in organisation and career-oriented in tourism
Loves teamwork and is compatible with it
Willingness to take part in social projects followed by the company
English proficiency preferred

Required skills

High communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office programs and the Opera system
