About the role

Aliée Istanbul, a flagship luxury lifestyle hotel, is looking for an energetic and detail‑oriented Waiter to deliver an exceptional dining experience for its distinguished guests. This role is a key part of the guest journey, requiring professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to luxury service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and brand service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a service role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance with a guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a service‑excellence mindset.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
