Warehouse Support Officer

About the role

The Warehouse Support Officer will ensure accurate handling of inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping, transport and returns activities at the Alliance Healthcare Ecza Deposu in Beylikdüzü. The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, traceability and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping, transport and returns to confirm accurate handling and timely progression.
• Apply warehouse procedures, inventory controls and system transactions to maintain stock accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional follow‑up on inventory inquiries, shipment issues, returns processing and order exceptions.
• Reconcile physical inventory, system balances and transaction history to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain operational logs, inventory reports and warehouse control records for compliance and improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in supply chain, logistics or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving or inventory control.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Male candidates must have completed military service; candidates must reside in or be able to relocate to Istanbul.

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting and ERP transactions.
• Ability to analyze inventory data, troubleshoot issues and support process improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
