About the role
The Wellness Therapist delivers exceptional massage and body treatments to guests in line with Swissôtel brand standards, ensuring five‑star guest care and maintaining high hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform massage and body services according to Swissôtel standards.
- Upsell spa services and generate retail revenue.
- Maintain clean and well‑kept treatment and back‑of‑house areas.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.
- Certification from an accredited massage school and current professional licenses.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Massage therapy techniques.
