Wireline Field Operator

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' world‑class Wireline Services team as a Field Operator. You will work on‑site supporting customers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient well‑site operations while developing technical expertise in wireline technology.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the assigned wireline unit, perform pre‑job, well‑site, and post‑job duties.
• Complete all required paperwork, records, and communications for the crew and District Manager.
• Drive company vehicles safely, adhering to all regulations and arriving on schedule.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives for ballistics operations.
• Promote strong customer relations and uphold Baker Hughes HSE policies.
• Support training of junior operators and ensure equipment readiness.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in wireline operations.
• Valid heavy‑vehicle driving licence.
• Located in Diyarbakir, Turkey.
• Completed required SRC training.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work safely in a team environment.
