About the role

The Spare Parts and Consultation Officer will manage incoming spare‑part shipments, maintain warehouse organization, and support internal maintenance activities at Viessmann's Istanbul‑Ümraniye office.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload spare‑part parcels, sort them according to content and store them in the warehouse.
• Ensure efficient use of shelf space and keep the warehouse orderly.
• Process incoming items in the system, record return invoices and open corresponding files.
• Separate recyclable parts and arrange shipment of return parts to the Manisa factory.
• Coordinate with service teams for building maintenance and repair tasks (elevator, generator, etc.) and monitor progress.
• Place received parcels in the appropriate cargo area.
• Welcome visitors, maintain visitor logs and direct them to the correct departments.

Required profile

• At least a high‑school diploma.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office.
• Organized, careful and responsible.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform tasks suitable for persons with disabilities.
• Good planning and spare‑part tracking abilities.
