Young Recruitment Expert – Ankara

About the role

We are seeking a Young Recruitment Expert to join our Ankara team at Miorec Human Resources. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of positions while supporting national and international clients in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to offer.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Collaborate with clients to clarify hiring needs and position specifications.
• Prepare candidate evaluations and recruitment reports.
• Maintain activity records in the ATS and internal systems.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced consulting environment.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
