Aftermarket Territory Manager - Middle East & Turkey

About the role

CPM is expanding its presence in the Middle East and Turkey and seeks an Aftermarket Territory Manager to drive growth of spare‑parts, service and upgrade sales for its biomass, animal‑feed and waste‑recycling equipment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket growth across Turkey and the Middle East through sales of spare parts, field services, maintenance agreements, retrofit projects and equipment upgrades.
• Develop strategic regional account plans aligned with customer needs and CPM’s global aftermarket strategy.
• Identify customer opportunities and recommend solutions to improve equipment performance, reliability and efficiency.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and expand CPM’s installed equipment base.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations on aftermarket offerings.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts and reports in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Capital Sales, Service, Engineering and Back‑Office teams to create customer‑focused solutions.
• Support troubleshooting together with Field Service teams and monitor market developments for new growth opportunities.
• Travel extensively throughout the territory to support customers and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (process or engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in the aftermarket space, preferably with mechanical machines or in animal feed, biomass or waste‑recycling industries.
• Proven experience in Jordan, Egypt or other Middle‑Eastern markets.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Self‑starter with a track record in technical solution sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Residing in Turkey, Jordan, Egypt or elsewhere in the Middle East.
