Corporate Sales Executive – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business and driving revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other business partners in the luxury hospitality market. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills and a customer‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate segment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new partnerships.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to showcase the hotel’s offerings.
• Prospect and qualify leads to maximize revenue potential.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to optimise pricing, promotions and sales strategies.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in sales blitzes, networking events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide personalised service to high‑profile clients and manage client accounts, negotiating contracts and securing long‑term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a sales role within luxury hotels or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
• Knowledge of local and international hospitality markets.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate in Turkish is required.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
