Electrical Engineer – Isparta

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant electrical systems, utilities and power distribution networks in Isparta. The role focuses on optimizing energy consumption, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot high‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical systems, including power distribution panels, transformers and switchgear.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of critical power assets such as generators, UPS, battery banks and solar energy installations.
• Monitor and analyse plant energy consumption, recommend energy‑saving initiatives and ensure compliance with energy targets.
• Lead or participate in electrical projects, upgrades and system improvements, and support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with local regulations, safety standards (CCI, TCCC) and conduct risk assessments and training.

Required profile

• University graduate in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering within an industrial environment.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (speaking and writing).
• Strong leadership, planning and organisational abilities, willing to locate in Isparta.
