Growth & Marketing Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Growth & Marketing Manager to drive business growth initiatives and enhance marketing performance across its portfolio. The role blends strategic planning, commercial performance monitoring, and hands‑on marketing execution to support sustainable expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Track, analyse, and report sales, revenue, and business performance metrics.
• Monitor and present KPIs through dashboards and executive reports.
• Conduct client portfolio and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Sector Teams to optimise marketing initiatives.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports on performance and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, commercial excellence, business development or strategy.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau.
• Familiarity with CRM program management.
